Immigration Customs Enforcement (ICE) has been illegally imprisoning unaccompanied minors by transferring them to adult immigration jails when they turn 18 years old. This inhumane practice is a violation of the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVPRA) which states that ICE must consider the least restrictive form of custody and alternatives to detention for these teenagers.
