A federal judge sided with the city of Chicago in its lawsuit against Attorney General Jeff Sessions to defend its Welcoming City Ordinance. The freeze applies nationwide on the administration's unlawful attempt to restrict funding for cities that refuse to allow local police to act as immigration agents.
