A federal appeals court ruled that Davino Watson, a U.S. citizen who was erroneously locked up in immigration detention for three years, is not entitled to monetary compensation for the government's gross negligence. NIJC and a team of pro bono attorneys from Holland & Knight represent Mr. Watson.
