On November 30, the National Immigrant Justice Center released a report detailing the lack of access to legal counsel for asylum seekers detained at the private for-profit Cibola County Correctional Center, located in Cibola New Mexico. The report details the systemic violation of immigrants due process rights and abuses people face while in custody at Cibola, and how similair conditions exist in immigratio jails across the country.
