Join us for Part II of NIJC's Pro Bono Asylum Training. During this training asylum experts provide details on how to present and prepare an asylum case and will include a focus on representing LGBT identifying asylum seekers. We will discuss current laws, policies and strategies to work with clients to present a strong case before the asylum office and court. This training is open to all attorneys who are interested in representing an NIJC pro bono matter and we ask that pro bono attorneys participate in both Part I and II. CLE is available for attorneys licensed in IL.
