A.M.P. v. Department of Homeland Security: Challenging Delays in Bona Fide Determination Adjudications for U Visa Applicants
This case was formerly known as B.L.R. v. DHS – In December 2023, the National Immigrant Justice Center, Michigan Immigrant Rights Center, and Winston & Strawn LLP, filed a class action against U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for unreasonably delaying the initial adjudication of U visa applications.
