With political tensions high, advocates persistently push the administration to realize this vision. In this panel presentation, experts from the National Immigrant Justice Center provide highlights on asylum law, advances for protection for survivors of crimes in the U.S., the ping-pong politics impacting Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients, developments on legalization efforts, and ongoing litigation.
