Representatives Ted Deutch (D-FL) and Bill Foster (D-IL) have led the charge in Congress to eliminate the harmful and arbitrary immigration detention bed quota. Recently, the Office of Management and Budget wrote to the Congressmen stating the Obama administration opposes the quota.
