U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently announced a new initiative to re-interview many refugees and asylees who have recently been admitted to the United States.
While it is unclear exactly who will be impacted by this initiative, or what re-interviews will look like, the following resources provide an overview of the information we do know about this process and guidance for how to prepare for a potential future interview.
