The New York Times reported yesterday that the Biden administration is considering a new set of “migrant restrictions similar to Trump policies” on the southern border including a new asylum ban and increased migrant prosecutions.
Yesterday a federal court judge in Washington, D.C., ruled that the Title 42 mass expulsions policy, originally designed and implemented by the Trump administration and recently expanded by the Biden administration , is unlawful under the Administrative Procedures Act.
