As immigration judges deny more asylum cases, NIJC needs pro bono attorneys with appellate experience to represent clients before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA). During this training, NIJC staff give an overview of BIA appeals, provide drafting tips, and explain NIJC’s pro bono model for representing clients on appeal.
