This is Part II of an Asylum Training for Pro Bono Attorneys by the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC). During this training, asylum experts provide details on how to present and prepare an asylum case and will include a focus on representing LGBT identifying asylum seekers. We will discuss current laws, policies and strategies to work with clients to present a strong case before the asylum office and court.
