These slides accompany the second part of a two-part virtual, pro bono asylum training led by experts from the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC). During this training, NIJC attorneys provide best practices for working with asylum seekers and developing supporting evidence in order to prepare strong asylum claims, as well as strategies for presenting asylum arguments before USCIS and the immigration court.
