As one of the country's leading human rights organizations, NIJC’s pro bono attorneys defend the legal rights of immigrants regardless of background and transform the immigration system to one that affords equal opportunity for all. Currently, we have 62 cases for individuals and families in need of pro bono representation in IL, IN, and WI.

Please note that the timeline for affirmative cases may be different. Not included on this list are numerous cases that are not yet scheduled for a hearing and which could benefit from pro bono advocacy to secure a hearing date.
