The National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) invites rising third-year law students and recent law graduates to join us as legal fellows for up to two years, beginning in the fall of 2025.

While the deadline for most other fellowship programs (Equal Justice Works, the Skadden Foundation, Soros Fellowships) has passed, NIJC remains interested in and committed to considering applications for individuals with independent funding, for example from their law school. NIJC will consider those applications on a rolling basis. To apply, please send a resume, letter of interest, law school transcripts, a writing sample, and information about the terms of your school’s funding via the application form below.
