This is the second part of a two-part virtual, pro bono asylum training led by experts from the National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC). During this training, NIJC attorneys will provide best practices for working with asylum seekers and developing supporting evidence in order to prepare strong asylum claims, as well as strategies for presenting asylum arguments before USCIS and the immigration court. NIJC will also provide practice pointers and updates relating to representation of LGBT asylum seekers. Free CLE is offered for Illinois and Indiana.
