Please be advised that effective immediately all persons entering the Chicago Immigration Court will have to provide some form of identification.  This is a procedure placed into effect by the Federal Protective Service (FPS).
The form of identification can be a foreign government issued ID, such as a Mexican matricula.  If a person does not have a government-issued ID, he or she can show the Notice to Appear and/or Hearing Notice.
