Rachel was previously a paralegal on the Immigrant Legal Defense Project. Rachel holds a bachelor of arts from Indiana University Bloomington and graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Prior to rejoining NIJC, Rachel clerked for the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina and practiced immigration law at a small private firm in Durham, NC. Rachel is licensed to practice law in Indiana.
