Noemi graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2026. During law school, she participated in the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic, she interned for the International Rescue Committee and worked as a court interpreter in several courts around Chicago. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with majors in Global Studies and Political Science and minors in French and Legal Studies. She interned for Human Rights First and was a volunteer ESL interpreter in local schools.
