Nadia Danilovich

Senior Attorney, Protection-Based Relief

Nadia has over ten years’ experience in immigration law, with a focus on asylum cases and working with unaccompanied children. She holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law and a B.A. in Anthropology and Spanish from Scripps College. She began her legal career at the Immigrant Defenders Law Center in Los Angeles and then joined the National Immigrant Justice Center. After many years providing direct representation to clients, she worked for the ABA’s Children’s Immigration Law Academy, an expert legal resource center, providing technical assistance to advocates nationwide. She has returned to NIJC as a Senior Attorney for Pro Bono on the Protection-Based Project. She is licensed to practice law in California.
