Michele previously served as a Sudan Program manager at USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives in Washington, D.C. Prior to USAID, she spent a number of years in the private sector and also served as an economic development volunteer in the Peace Corps in Honduras. She received a bachelor of science in finance from Boston College and an master’s of science in foreign service with a certificate in refugee and humanitarian emergencies from Georgetown University.
