Jess graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2020. Following graduation she worked as a litigation associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP (GT) before working as an immigration associate. While at GT, Jess worked as a pro bono attorney for NIJC. Prior to law school Jess obtained a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and a minor in human development and family studies. She is licensed to practice law in Illinois.
