Jazmin graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in May 2025 with a BA in Sociology and minors in Political Science and Criminology, Law and Society. During her junior year Jazmin interned for The Immigration Project (TIP), an immigration non-profit focused on serving central and southern Illinois migrants, later becoming a full-time new arrivals case manager. There she learned the importance of equitable and accessible legal aide, driving her to continue pursuing a career in immigration law.
