Greta graduated Summa Cum Laude from Goshen College with a double major in English and art, and while in college she served as the executive editor of The Record, which won the Indiana Collegiate Press Association’s Newspaper of the Year award in 2021. After college she continued to work in journalism and was named Best Emerging Journalist by the Associated Church Press in 2023. She is a native to Indiana but spent a year living in Bolivia after high school, where she worked with the foster care system.
