Graciela graduated from Brown University with a double major in history and international and public affairs. During her undergraduate years, she participated in the Student Clinic for Immigrant Justice and assisted attorneys in preparing asylum applications. She also interned for a private immigration firm in Providence, Rhode Island, and worked with Ascend Justice in Chicago.
