Francisco holds a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in Hispanic studies, graduating with honors from Oberlin College, where he was a recipient of the Posse Scholarship program. At El Centro de Servicos Sociales, he assumed board responsibilities for grant writing and fundraising initiatives, and also volunteered as a class instructor. Francisco pursued internships during his academic breaks, supporting Congressman Chuy Garcia in both his Washington, D.C. office and his district offices in Chicago.
