Estefany graduated from DePaul University College of Law, and she received a certificate in public interest law. She also received her undergraduate degree from DePaul University with a major in economics and minor in commercial Spanish. During her time in law school, Estefany participated in DePaul University’s Asylum and Immigration Legal Clinic. She was also on the student board for both the Latino Law Student Association and the Society for Asylum & Immigration Law.
