Before NIJC, Cecille was an assistant attorney general with the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, assistant general counsel for an online university, and a program and volunteer manager for non-profit organizations in California, Colorado, and Ohio. Cecille received her bachelor of arts from Miami University in Ohio, and her juris doctor from Howard University School of Law, where she co-founded the Asian-Pacific American Law Students’ Association and interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Democratic National Committee. She is licensed to practice law in Ohio.
