Thank you for completing the online registration form for NIJC’s upcoming DACA renewal clinic! Please check your email for more information on how to finalize your clinic registration.

If you do not receive an email with this information, please download and complete a screening questionnaire (linked here: ENGLISH / ESPAÑOL). You must email a completed questionnaire to dacarenewal@immigrantjustice.org, or fax it to 312-660-1683, in order to finalize your registration. Once we review your questionnaire and confirm your eligibility, we will contact you to confirm whether you have secured a spot in our upcoming DACA clinic.
