NIJC has a new Chicago address at 111 W. Jackson Blvd, Suite 800, Chicago, IL 60604 and a new email domain at @immigrantjustice.org.

Ireri Unzueta Carrasco was denied renewed DACA because she participated in peaceful civil disobedience actions as part of the national movement to win relief for undocumented students and stop deportations. NIJC is representing Ireri in her suit against the government, challenging their claim that her civil disobedience makes her a "threat to public safety."

UPDATE: In September 2016, Ireri's DACA renewal was approved.
